Emir -
I'm trying to figure out what this means:
"Until now, SEF Advance has been redirecting old-style SEF URLs to corresponding advanced URLs. Now it can also automap non-SEF URLs to new SEF Advance URLs. No more worry about duplicate content."
I know that SEF Advance will automatically generate SEF URLs, but does this mean if an old link is out their (another website) to a non-SEF URL then SEF Advance will redirect to the correct SEF URL?

Yes, you got it right.
For example until now you had redirect:
http://domain/content/view/1/2/ -> http://domain/the-news/latest-news/welcome-to-joomla!/
Now, if non-SEF redirect turned ON in admin this will also work:
http://domain/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=1&Itemid=2 -> http://domain/the-news/latest-news/welcome-to-joomla!/
I left the latter feature turned off by default because it may still conflict with some components, so you can turn it on and test on your site.

Emir - Sorry, I should have asked this the first time through. Are you doing this redirect with a 301 (Moved Permanently)? (I hope)

I just saw this in the instructions...
"The correct Permanent Redirect header will be returned
so search engines will know that they need to replace old links."
That answers my question.
