When enabling "Redirect non-SEF URLs" the submit new content doesn't work

Hi Emir,

I'm using 5.2, soon updating to 5.3 when I have the time to sit down... 

When I enable "Redirect non-SEF URLs" in admin the submit new content link doesn't work. The same for the "edit content" link in frontend (as admin).

I have to disable it for it to work, though I can leave the "Redirect built-in SEF URLs" enabled.

Is it a know issue? If yes, has it been addressed in 5.3?
