I just would like to share with you the great combination of SEF Advance and standalone xml sitemap generator.

This tool generate xml, txt, ror and html sitemap for your site automatically and you can set a cron. When the generator finish his job, the sitemap is submitted to Google and Yahoo! I use a weekly generation for my site.
And, the more beautiful is your sitemap will be created only with SEF url ;D
