ezrealty component + SEF ADVANCE

First - you're so fast upgrading your script I can hardly catch you. This was a compliment of course (cestitke cestitke).

Now to the question if you can help me of course.

I've just installed ezrealty component ( www.ezrealty.info/ ), but have some difficulties to adjust it to SEF component to have SEF URLs within.

I've tried  a built-in API for 3rd party component extension, but managed just to get a SEF URL for the main page for the component. Any subpage is points to the same URL - to the main components page:

www.domain.com/ezrealty

Can you help me with this?

As said in FAQ I can only help building additional extensions as custom job.

I got a sef_ext.php file from the developer of EZRealty - email here and ask.

the rewrite doesnt work at all. you know if I put the pair in
com_mycomponent => newname. Absolutely nothing happens.

You don't need "com_" part. Just:
mycomponent=>newname

still doesnt work. I am using version 5.  and could you send me an example of sef ext working
