Hiding Page Titles

I'm running SEF Advance 5.3.3.  I create a new menu item and then set the page title to 'hide'.  With SEF Advance off this works as it should.  Turning it on reveals the title regardless of the setting though.

I had emptied the trash but missed the trash had 2 options on the page, one for content items and one for menu items.  See attached screenshot.

Thanks for posting this. I had same problem and didn't realize trash had a separate menu selection.
