Category/Title

Hello!

1. Is it possible that I have this URL structure Category/Title instread of Section/Category/Title?
Up until now I have been using OpenSEF and in OpenSEF this is possible.

I have downloaded trial version of SEF Advance and it is much faster than OpenSEF, but anyways I didn't find this option, which is very important for me
Is it possible that this will be able to do this in future versions?

2. I have set for example the Title Alias of an article to grad_kamen_s_srecanje_s_preteklostjo.
But then it is converted to grad%11kamen%11srecanje%11s%11preteklostjo.html
Why is underscore converted to %11?

I have set option LongURLs to No.

It's not possible and there is reason for that. SEF Advance is doing URL conversion on the fly, not saving URLs in database. This gives performace advantage but also makes the URL manipulation more difficult.
You can' however use aliases but I guess you know that.

2. Set title alias to "grad kamen s srecanje s preteklostjo"
