errors with my editor and SEF

I have just installed openSEF and it works just fine, how ever I am using WYSIWYG PRO as my default editor and there seems to be a conflict with SEF.  I try to open and edit or even add content and anywhere I try to use it it will not open up.  How ever TNMCE works just fine, is there something that I need to change with this editor to get it to work on my website.
