undefined offset when trying to use print button

I have a development site that is using Joomla 1.0.12, HotProperties, JA Newsflash and some other minor things.  I've installed the trial version to be sure everything is good and am expecting to purchase an official copy this week to go live over the weekend.

URLs are being converted and translated well.

I am having a problem though when clicking on a print icon.  A new window pops up with a print page preview, but it has the following error:
  Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in /vservers/iponly129454/htdocs/components/com_sef/sef_incl.php on line 0

On my development box (without SEF Advanced) it works fine.
