Re-named URL's not displaying right

My links used to display like the first link - but today I changed some of the names around and suddenly they are displayed as shown in the second link. How do I fix this?

Your section name must be "global warming", not "global-warming".
If you have a name with hyphen it will get replaced with %11 because hyphens is already used as word separator.
