URL renaming problems

First off -- I am trying to change globalwarminglife.com/news_portal/ to /about/ and I can't find the non-sef URL for this for the alias, I have no idea how to change this. What do I do?

Also -

globalwarminglife.com/news_portal/globalwarming/effects/index/

it's supposed to be:
globalwarminglife.com/news_portal/global-warming/effects/index/

When viewing the categories in my news component - the section name doesn't have a dash. I believe this is a bug.

To change "news_portal" to "about" go to SEF Advance configuration, Strings tab, under "components with SEF extension" enter:
news_portal=>about

Regarding your other question that's up to extension for iJoomla portal so take it up with their support.
