".PHP" in title gives 404 error ..help!!!

i have many content with ".php" in the title
title:php-nuke-mainfile.php-sql-injection-vulnerability
and the sef url will be like thisand it gives me 404 error ..
i am using sef advance 5.0.4 and joomla 1.0.13
is there anyway can i fix this?! help please
