Have a question about ":" in content titles.
The URL at the bottom of the browser window shows the ":", but when I click on it, the address bar in the browser shows that ":" has been translated into %3a. Why are there two versions, and which one is the real URL?

Both are real. "%3a" is same as ":", only encoded. It can be excepted form URL encode if you put it to URL encode exceptions in SEF Advance configurations.
