A few days ago, to try to trouble shoot a problem I was having, I turned the Joomla SEF off and then turned it back on again while running SEF Advance.
Now at:
-parameterss on static pages in admin
-sitemap
-com_sef diagnostics
and probably many other pages I have not discovered yet I am getting:
Notice: Only variable references should be returned by reference in /home/bargaint/public_html/includes/domit/xml_domit_lite_parser.php on line 928
being shown over and over again.
If there a way to reset SEF or SEF advance? Or is this some other sort of problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It's a notice, not an error. It has nothing to do with SEF Advance. Probably your error level reporting changed, whether by you or your host.
You can lower it in Global Configuration set: Error Reporting: Simple under Server tab.

Thanks Emir,
I found the answer late last night. My web host provider had moved servers a few days ago, which is why I was mucking about with SEF in the first place.
The Zend Optimizer setting had been changed during the move. If you are using PHP 4.4 +, go the your php.ini files of the docs you are having problems with and if it is set to 15, set it to 14. Works like a charm.
Found this at the Joomla Forums.
Hope this helps.
