Joomla in subdir with Joomfish and SEF adv

Is there anyone out there, who has installed Joomla in a subdir with Joomfish and got SEF adv working? For me it seems, that there are problems, because the links are not generated correctly.

After you have activated SEF adv and call the site first time, the links are ok like: www.mydomain.tld/subdir/en/mycontent.html . Klick on one menuitem and the links are generated like www.mydomain.tld/subdir/mycontent.html . And that's wrong! SEF adv will not find any page with that kind of links 

Is it a bug or a feature?

Maybe your menu items are not added correctly. Have you activated Fish support in SEF Advance config?

now we have a funny behaviour:
1. visit the page by choosing the url www.mydomain.tld
=> links are like www.mydomain.tld/subdir/mycontent.html
2. select another language
=> site is reloaded, links are like www.mydomain.tld/subdir/en/mycontent.html
3. klick one link
=> choosen site is loaded, links are like www.mydomain.tld/subdir/de/mycontent.html
4. select another language
=> url is changed, site reloaded, but Joomfish says, that the language has not changed! links are like www.mydomain.tld/subdir/mycontent.html

The subdir has more than 3 characters.

This must be something specific to your installation. Please send a mail via the contact form with all the access info and I will take a look.
