categories has same page title as sections

Hi,
On my site the section and categories has the same page description

so
www.mydomain.com/The_pregnancy_book/First_Trimester/

has the same page title as
www.mydomain.com/The_pregnancy_book/First_Trimester/

Is there an automatic wasy to solve this besides adding aliases To every category ?

Isn't that case even if you turn off SEF Advance?
I could put some code to override it by SEF Advance but originally it's a Joomla issue.

that would be great, sef wise title duplication is really bad for search engines
