SEF v5.4 - home page will automatically refresh

I'm experiencing weird problem with SEF Advance v5.4 When it is enabled my home page will refresh itself, and the new page will overlap on the home page.
After several seconds it'll have 3,4,5 nested pages, and it is happening on original Joomla templaye, and few others. The only difference is that when the page refreshes it may show up in different positions (right, top, header, etc...).

SEF Advance v.5.4
Joomlart templates.
EZ Realty component. 5.1.3

What might be causing the problem??

Have you noticed the JS error when SEF Advance is on? It's gone when you disable SEF Advance. Maybe that JS error is the cause of nested page overlap.

If you have "Redirect non-SEF URLs" activated try turning it off.
