Emir,
I have SEF Advance (and Recommend) installed on four of my sites. Everything has been working great inclusive of upgrade. I just got hacked and had to re-create one of the sites, thus rein-stall the component.
Reloaded the upgrade comp, ioncube installer and .htaccess (along with Joomla 1.013 (or whatever the damn current number is). However the SEF component - even for RECOMMEND is not generating the SEF_URLS as before.
The site in question is TheStrengthClub.Net.
Your thoughts? Thanks in advance

Have you activated SEF in global Joomla! configurations?

THanks Emir. You are right that was not activated. However, as soon as I did it, all pages with the exception of the Homepage/Frontpage (index.html) got 404 errors.
Any thoughts

Than either your .htaccess is incorrect (upload the one that came in SEF Advance zip file) or your server ignores .htaccess override (did your built-in SEF work?).
