Categories and Static page links do not work

I recently upgraded to 5.5.1 and instantly had a problem with the navigation links from the menu and static pages.  None of the category or static pages are coming up.  I'm going straight to the 404 page.  The section pages display the homepage.  So I'm left with a web site that has no way for visitors or search engines to navigate to anything that is not an article from the home page.  iJoomla did the install of the upgrade and they are asking me to inquire about the issues.

I'm using the latest News Portal and was running 5.0.4 SEF for the last year or so. 

Can anybody let us know about this issue?

Please upgrade to 5.5.4 and see if the error persist. If it does send a mail to support with your access info.
