Hlep problem with licence

The encoded file /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/components/com_sef/sef.php requires a license file key.txt.

What do i do???

If key.txt is not there then it might be ionCube loader problem. Best to mail me about that so we can test.
