SEF Advance gives blank pages - loads ok when refreshing (?)

Hi!
I've been using SEG Advance for 2 years or so (since my first Joomla install), and have had few problems. However lately I have had som serious "bugs":

When visiting a certain page the first time all works well, but when coming back to the same page it often shows a BLANK page.

Even if I turn ON debugging nothing shows...

When hitting "F5" (refreshing the same page), the page loads very well.

This error occures in both IE7 and FireFox.


What happens?

PS: When turning off SEF A. it all works as intended. However I'm not sure if it's the script (SEF A.) or the PHP that breaks - and why...

Never seen a problem like that.
Do you have error reporting on in PHP? Best to send me a mail with access info and I can take a look.
