Here is My history....
A friend told us about SEF advance, at the begin we though that it could help with the SEO on Joomla. but after to try everything that say the still documentation we still dont get that it works. we just get the 500 error message
So im asking for help, maybe someone can be able to help me
the site where its installed is www.djdingdong.com

Does your built-in SEF work? Which .htaccess file do you have? It could be mod_rewrite that doesn't work correctly on your server.

Hi Saka ...thanks for your words....we just check that link and we follow it but still dont get that the sek words...please tell me what does your built-in SEF work means?

By built-in SEF I mean SEF that comes with Joomla, when SEF Advance is uninstalled or deactivated. You activate it in global configurations.

Ohh Yes the SEO is on at the joomla backend.

OK but uninstall SEF Advance and turn on SEO in global configuration.
Then see if the built-in SEF URLs work.
