Sef Advance 2008 BUG

I just installed Sef Advance on Joomla 1.5.1 when i click on the link to see the second page of my site it creates a link to:

" www.ocio.it/index.php3/ " and it give this error:
"The requested URL /index.php3/ was not found on this server."

I think it should be...
" www.ocio.it/index.php/3/ "

There is another bug so when i click on page: www.ocio.it/donec-sapien-metus/
and i click on the second page of the article this lands me to a page: www.ocio.it/donec-sapien-metus/1/ and give a 404 error

First bug fixed (v1.0.2). Please update.

As for the other bug, article pagination works fine at my test server. Please turn on debug and see what it returns for problematic pages.
