Problem with url rewrite for custom components

Please help me.

I use  SEF Advance.
And I have following problem.
So I have url: dev.accuscore.com/index.php?option=com_a...player=sergey_ivanov
And I need to get url dev.accuscore.com/mlb/sergey_ivanov .
Value sergey_ivanov is variable and can be changed.

Please tell me what I should to do.
