How do I delete a sef url?

Hi, I'd like to delete a sef url created by Sef 2008, where do I find the created url?

Unlike some other SEF components SEF Advance doesn't save URLs anywhere, it does its conversion on-the-fly.

So you can't delete an URL created, you can ignore it from conversion or use alias to change the way it's created.

Then, if I switch categories the component will change the address on the fly?

ps. why if I enable the component cache I get white page? Do I have to disable the Joomla cache before enabling that one?
