Help: Upgraded from old version and lost all of my aliases

I upgraded from an old version of SEF Advance, don't even remember which version exactly since this is an older website I maintain, and when I looked...all of my hundreds of aliases are gone. Do they still reside within the database, are they at all recoverable?

Please help  ???

They are gone unfortunately. You always need to do database backup, then you import the backup after the installation.

This might be a silly question, but don't you have a copy of the database?

Wow, ok that sucks. Even if I downgrade to an older version of SEF Advance they are gone?

Yes, they are deleted from database on uninstall. That's what the export feature is for.
