Some 404's makes no sense at all.,Bug ?

If this is my url: uw-vertrek-naar-huis.html
Why would that result in a 404 ?
I then deleted the links in the menu..cleaned cache..and created a new menu link with a name as huiswaarts , and shows as huiswaarts.html
Still a 404..

and another category and section i created, with a page called aanraders.html
again a 404....

then i deleted the whole page.
Created a new one and added it in another category.
So all looks now like: agiosgordis/informatie/aanraders.html
Still a big 404
Is this a SEF bug somehow ?

Sure it works if you take out the å=>aa , but why is it there in the first place if that results in so many problems...?
