I refer to the apache server log files on this domain
And after we have taken SEF advance down this has stopped.
So we have concluded it must a problem with the SEF Advance

I don't see anything in SEF Advance that would lead to such logs and this is the first time I see something like that. So I'm afraid I can't help much.
