marketplace and Sef advance 2008

I have a sef_ext.php file that almost works for this component.
I have not had a great deal of joy over on the codingfish site trying to have anybody look at it to get it to work so it gives a url such as ...../Partners/<category name>/<advert title>.
I have attached the file here in the hope that some kind soul out there can help me.
