[SMF Modules]Problems, how to ignore them?

Hi, Saka.
I've tonight installed your SEF software (trial version), and it's really superbe.
The only issue I'm  trying to solve is: how to ignore the modules coming with smf bridges?
When I click on Recent Topics displayed on front page, I'm redirected to the forum's homepage, nor I can click on an user's profile (redirected to my profile).
Is there a way to ignore the rewrite of those modules (com_smf), to let them work properly?
