Alias redirect

Hi,

My name is Diogo and i am from brazil...
My page is yogabrasilia.net

I have created manualy alias to the links of the community builder, i would like to know if i have to create redirections from the old links to the alias?

Do google think that these are duplicated pages?

Example:
yogabrasilia.net/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userProfile&user=67&Itemid=54
yogabrasilia.net/diogo-wernik

Do i have to create manually the redirection?

If you activate "redirect non-sef URLs to sef" in configuration they should be redirected automatically.

it is already activated, but the links of community builder, that i created manually an alias, aren't redirecting!

The other links of joomla are all redirecting ok!

Is there any solution
