contact & some other problems

Hello

I seem to be having a problem with the contacts page. With SEF Advance off it works fine, but with it on a get a 404.

404 also seems to be not working. I have it set up to show a custom 404 page, but it looks like it is showing a Joomla 404

I also am also having a problem with jReviews. Review listings (articles) do not seem to use menu nesting. Meaning I cant use modules. Is this a SEF Advance issue or a jReview issue?
