EZReatly's URLs and SEF Advance redirection problem

For the most part the SEF Advance works fine, but I'm having issues with some URLs in EZRealty.  With SEF off and Joomla SEF off (to diagnose the problem), the link shows as:

http://localhost/mydomain/index.php?option=com_ezrealty&task=edit&id=12&Itemid=#

and when clicked, the page does not go anywhere, which is actually the desired action since it is only a tool tip even though the pointer changes to a hand which invites users to click -- so it stays on that page which is good.  Okay.  Nice.  The desired result is to stay on the page.

Now, turning ON Joomla global SEF and SEF Advance to ON, the link shows up as:

http://localhost/mydomain/index.php#

which when clicked bounces the user back to the front page which is definitely NOT the desired result (I also have  Redirect non-SEF URLs  set to no).


However, the following link, which is also a tool-tip link generated by the same code in the background after the document has been saved and is on the same tool-tip image, this link:

http://localhost/mydomain/index.php?option=com_ezrealty&Itemid=&task=addnew#

translates to

http://localhost/hotcorners/corner-real-estate/addnew.html#

with Joomla and SEF Advance ON which is correct and when clicked stays on the page like it should (does not bounce user back to the front page).



I would like to purchase this product as it is the best one around, but I need to resolve this.  Can you offer any suggestions?

You should contact EZRealty support about this because it's their extension for SEF Advance that's responsible for creating URLs for this component.
