Some pages display non-SEF format

Hi,
I'm using the trial version. Some pages display the proper SEF Advanced URLs, but others show the non-SEF url format with the full IDs. However, when I hover over the links to these pages it shows the SEF Advanced format. This is happening for 2 main sections (all pages in Products and all pages in Partners). What could be going on with these sections that's not happening with other sections?
