Undefined offset: sef_incl.php

How can I remove this notice from PHP? This appears in the log and my server administrator is concern... since sef_incl.php is encoded, I have no way of knowing what may be happening.
Here is the error...
I did update using one suggestion on your website to run
"ALTER TABLE jos_sef_config ADD `com_exception` text NOT NULL default '' AFTER `url_exception`;"
Please guide me to what I need to do to eliminate this error?

Uninstall completely and install SEF Advance again.
