New redirects not showing in the backend

For the latest Joomla! related news, views and reviews, check out www.joomlaviews.com .
When I add a new redirect in the backend, it is not showing in the list but appears to be working in the actual redirecting portion but I cannot edit or delete any added redirects.

Heard about that from someone. I couldn't replicate. Maybe you can send admin pass and FTP access on mail and I will have a look?
