Redirects and Alias is not saved with back up [solved]

I just un- and re-installed SEF Advance. I used export/import which kept the basic configuration, but all my redirects and alias' where lost!
I think it would be a good idea to change the upgrade instructions.

Not my day today )-:
As I fiddled around with other things, alias' and redirects showed up again.
I did two things: re-insstalled Azrul Jomcomment and made sure that all files had ownership that matched using the ftp-layer.
Don't wich was the culprit, but it might give a clue to others who experience similar.
