Alias and the RelatedItems Module

Is there a way to get the Joomla RelatedItems module to recoginize information contained in an alias?  For instance, if in the alias I enter Keywords I would like the RelatedItems mod to pick this up.

Any word on this?  To make it a little more clear.  If I set up an Alias in SEF Advance, say for the 3rd page of an article with pagebreaks and include meta keywords, is it possible that these can be picked up by the joomla mod_relateditems module?

Yes, sure. But you will have to reprogram the module to look up for non-sef URLs in SEF Advance alias table.
