Hi,
I fixed this issue. Please upgrade to v5.8.4 (you can download a new trial) and test again.

Now I have a worse problem.
When I go to any of the feed links (for example: newestcoolest.com/shop/view/sony_playstation.html ), I get the following error instead of a page:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 46 bytes) in /home2/newetcom/public_html/includes/domit/xml_domit_parser.php on line 89
Sony Playstation

Weird, that wasn't a problem yesterday... anyway, the memory problem is fixed and it looks like your update did the trick.
Out of curiosity, what did you do?

Improved the Itemid fetch when newsfeeds are linked to menu. Never seen anyone adding newsfeeds directly to main menu btw. That's why the Itemid defaulted to main newsfeeds component. Now it will get the feed menu entry Itemid, if exists.
