URGENT: Problems with SEF URL Page Titles

This is an urgent issue that needs to be resolved as quickly as possible. We are working on a site that uses SEF Advance and we've been encountering issues with page titles:

1. When page titles are created under 'Alias and Meta' for a given URL, the page title that is displayed in the browser is not the same. The title displayed is incomplete. For example: the title written in SEF Advance is "DNV 200 - Day/NightVision Camera" but what displays is "DNV 200". This occurs on every page of the site.

2. When articles are called from a category list layout, the SEF Advance URL is replaced with a system SEF URL based on the article title and article id. For example: The SEF Advance URL is "news-gyrocam-systems-press-01-aug-2008"  but the site displays "76-gyrocam-systems-is-awarded-sustainment-contract-by-us-marine-corps".

3. In the case of problem 2, the title of the page in SEF Advance is "News - 01 August, 2008 - Gyrocam Systems Is Awarded Sustainment Contract By U.S. Marine Corps" but what displays is "Gyrocam Systems Is Awarded Sustainment Contract By U.S. Marine Corps". This is the opposite of problem 1 where the last half of the page title is missing.

We require urgent support with this problem, this site is set to launch by January 9th. Thanks.

If you get numbers in URLs like in "76-gyrocam-systems-is-awarded-sustainment-contract-by-us-marine-corps" then SEF Advance 2008 is not active at all! It's core SEF working.
Check if SEF Advance 2008 is installed correctly and enabled, check the license, check that SEF Advance system plugin is installed and published. If not, reinstall according to instructions in previous post.
