i have this problem hardto get the rss that loads in lightbox sef urls
i understand index2.php needed to edit the htacess files.

index2.php is not meant to be rewritten. It's used in popups only and never for SEO purposes. SEF Advance leaves index2.php links untouched and you can't add alias for index2.php
You can redirect such links in .htaccess if needed for some reason (e.g. migrations from Joomla 1.0 to Joomla 1.5) but that won't help in your case.
