Problems with SEF Advance 2008 and JoomFish

Hi

Joomla 1.5.9
JoomFish 2.0.1
SEF Advance 1.9.0

After installing and activating SEF Advance + JoomFish support all my links stop working. They all shows

www.polyamp.com/sv.html

instead of for example

www.polyamp.com/nyheter.html

When I turn off Fish support the default language works but not the translated (shows non sef urls)
