As said, the problem is in the pagepeel module:
In the <embed> tag there is src=modules/mod_pagepeel_banner/pagepeel_banner/pageear_b.swf....
and it should be: src=/modules/mod_pagepeel_banner/pagepeel_banner/pageear_b.swf....

Otherwise it won't work in J1.5, core-SEF nor SEF Advance 2008 or any other SEF when URL is deeper than two levels.

Yes, by fixing the module to work correctly with SEF (any SEF), either by you or the author. All modification that is needed in this case is adding a slash in front of the swf embed link.

I can fix it for you too if you send me the FTP info but that would not be SEF Advance support, it would be a custom work.
