URGENT: SEF Advance Page Navigation Problem

We are currently working a joomla 1.5.9 site with the latest version of SEF Advance and we're having some issue with the internal page navigation and aliases.

When we have items listed in a category-list layout, the link at the bottom that takes the user to the next 10 or so articles, does not work. It turns up a 404 error. There is no SEF Advance alias on the link to the category-list layout. The links to the items in the list work and the page navigation links work, but the articles do not show the articles SEF Advance alias.

Also, in the case of items that are in a category-blog layout, this does not occur. However in some instances this occurs with page navigation (prev - next) when navigating between articles within a category.

Please assist with any ideas/suggestions you may have. Thanks.

It all works fine on my test site. I would need your URLs and your exact settings. Send a mail instead since it is a specific issue.
