In the "about" menu item in SEF Advanced in the Server Information section it talks about
sef_advanced.php and sef_advanced.xml being in the plugins directory. They are not there now.
Which plugins directory?
/plugins
or
/plugins/plugins
This could be why some of my components are not creating SEF url's.
IT WAS Plugins/system and it did fix a bunch of things.
