S.A 2.0.0 BUG with remository downloads due to <link rel="canonical"

Hi,

All downloads are broken !

just found this bug:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentRAW::addCustomTag() in /home/www/client/www/components/com_sef/sef_incl.php on line 0

This is when we set the Add Canonical to ON, because the download start function of remository doesn't know this tag, and don't need it.

Thanks to fix it, if this is possible or tell what to do in the sef_ext.php of remository
