Install Trial SEF - Administrator hangs, mostly not operable

Hi - I installed the trial vers today on Joomla 1.5.2 PHP 5.2.8 with IonCube.
htaccess is changed.

The Extensions for the the urls is there. Great.


But the Admin Panel load hangs and will not bring the top navigation to life. Cannot get at the Plug-In to uninstall.

Any thoughts?

No, should not have anything to do with SEF Advance. Especially uninstalling. There should always be possible to uninstall SEF Advance, it can't be blocked by the component.

Emir - what will happen if I just remove the SEF Plugin folder files from the file sets. Will that remove it? Or are there other files to pull as well?

No, that will not completely remove it. The correct way to uninstall SEF Advance is to uninstall it from Joomla installer. If you get any error there let me know which exact error it is, what exactly it says.

Emir, currently can't access the installer as te Page is not loading - NAV TO IT IS NON-FUNCTIONAL...
Thoughts?
