French translation for 1.5 native

Hello.

Thank you for this new version.
I just installed it over the 1.5 legacy (be careful : backup the database first as the tables get erased when you uninstall the previous version !) and it rocks. Just a some corrections on custom development to take care the name change in the table (jos_vode_credits becomes jos_vodess_credits !).

So here are the French translations for component and module.
