How to use vodes in chat

Hi,
The component you created is so good. But could you please advise me in use a little bit. I wanna user the vodes for users that they wanna join the chat component of Joomla. For example, users have vodes that can join the chatroom (if have no vodes they cannot join) and the time they spend in the chat room will be counted and deducted by the minutes they are in the chat, if the vodes is 0 then they are kicked off the chat.
How can do, please help.
