With arrival of our new CMS Joomla!, a new version of SEF advance has also been released.
Version 4.2 brings several improvements including long awaited ability to define custom URLs. For complete list of new features read on.

- Custom URLs (alias) support added
Now it's possible for you to manually define the look of the URLs if you don't like automatic generated ones.
- You are no longer required to have unique Item titles
You can now have articles with the same title in different categories. For example /fruit/apples/about.html and /fruit/pears/about.html
- A trailing slash "/" get appended to URLs to create a folder effect
When calling URL without extension or trailing slash, one gets appended automatically to make appearance of a real folder.
- Added help documentation
You can now find help on every page of SEF advance admin area.
- Fixed archive module support
- Fixed a problem with incorrect headers being returned when non-existent .php file is requested

SEF advance 4.2 is compatible with Joomla! 1.0, Mambo 4.5.2 and backwards compatible with Mambo 4.5.1 and 4.5.0.
All existing customers can upgrade to new version for free.
