I've got to solve the problem because I have a instalare com for the cache but does not work if there is the legacy assets.

Send me the admin password and FTP info on mail and I will check.

I checked and it's the extension for Mosets Tree that requires legacy mode. There is no 1.5 native extension for MTree right now and if you want to disable legacy plugin then try removing this sef_ext.php file and let router.php do the job.
